Shipping & Delivery Policy

At this time, Orangily does not offer shipping.

Local Delivery

Orangily offers local delivery within a 15-mile radius of our warehouse located at 5790 East Main Street.

Delivery timeframe: Orders are typically delivered within 48 hours of purchase. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Age verification: By placing a delivery order, the customer represents, warrants, and affirms that they are at least 21 years of age. A valid, government-issued photo ID must be presented upon delivery. Orangily reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel delivery if proper identification cannot be provided, if the recipient is under 21, or if no eligible recipient is present.

Recipient requirement: A person 21 years of age or older must be physically present at the delivery address to receive and sign for the order. Orders will not be left unattended.

Compliance: All deliveries are conducted in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

In-Store Pickup

Customers may select in-store pickup at checkout at no additional charge.

Age verification: Customers picking up orders must be 21 years of age or older and may be required to present valid government-issued photo identification at the time of pickup.

Refused, Failed, or Delayed Deliveries

If delivery is refused, delayed, or cannot be completed due to failure to meet age-verification requirements, inaccurate delivery information, or the absence of an eligible recipient, Orangily shall not be liable for any resulting loss, damage, or inconvenience. Orangily reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or refund the order at its discretion, subject to applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orangily shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to delivery delays, failed deliveries, refusal of service, or compliance with age-verification and legal requirements.
